Varsity Girls Volleyball Head CoachThe Berkeley Preparatory School Girls’ Volleyball program is among the most distinguished in Tampa Bay high school athletics. Berkeley Preparatory School seeks an experienced volleyball coach and educator‑leader to serve as Varsity Head Coach and lead the program forward.
In collaboration with the Athletic Department and consistent with the school’s mission and values, the Varsity Head Coach will oversee all aspects of the girls’ volleyball program. Responsibilities include overseeing tryouts, coordinating the competition schedule, planning practices, implementing competitive game strategies, hiring and supervising coaches within the program, and developing off‑season conditioning programs.
The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of volleyball, a strong coaching background, and a demonstrated ability to develop student‑athletes within a positive, values‑driven team culture. The Varsity Head Coach must be an excellent communicator and a person of high character and integrity who models leadership, sportsmanship, and professionalism in a college‑preparatory environment.
