Your role is to ensure the "3 Promises" become reality for every student you oversee and to develop our Guides so they can deliver the same outcomes.

You'll combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presenter presence, transforming professional development sessions, data-informed team rallies, and precise feedback into powerful learning experiences. • Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at a world‑class standard
• Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and challenge resolution
• Delivering consistent, high‑impact feedback to Guides that drives student engagement and performance
• Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced motivation and mentoring techniques

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students working through adaptive applications; you focus on training them to become outstanding motivators
• Accepting lower standards – when our benchmark is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation
• Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, participatory professional development

Develop Guides and support students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at 2× the standard rate, and acquires essential life skills. Zero compromise on outcomes.

• Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for on‑site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD;
  Boston, MA;
  Chicago, IL;
  Fort Lauderdale, FL;
  Seattle, WA; or CA:
  East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high‑performing teams.
• Background working with youth aged 5‑18 in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and levera­ging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
