OverviewThis role is for Christ‑followers who are actively walking with Jesus and passionate about reaching the growing South Asian community in Tampa Bay with love, prayer, and the gospel. The region includes tens of thousands of Hindi, Gujarati, and Telugu speakers from India and nearby countries—many from unreached people groups. You’ll build relationships through prayer walking in neighborhoods, visiting restaurants, attending community events, and connecting at temples and university campuses.
With humility and Spirit‑led boldness, you’ll start gospel conversations, form 3/3rds groups, and train others using simple, reproducible tools like 411 and DBS. The goal is to see new disciples made, new churches started, and a multiplying movement of people abiding in Christ and reaching others.
