Marketing Instructor - Adjunct

Everglades University invites applications for an adjunct marketing instructor position. The role includes instruction, classroom maintenance, and student engagement.

• Attend weekly feedback meetings with designated administrative faculty to review student and classroom issues.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly attendance records.
• Contact absent students via phone.
• Administer pre‑ and post‑testing and required surveys for all courses.
• Notify the registrar of roster changes and prevent “do not admit” students from enrolling until cleared.
• Adhere to all university policies, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain organized, complete syllabi and orderly course materials.
• Conduct classes at scheduled times, avoid excess breaks, and prevent early dismissal.
• Arrive 20 minutes before class starts fully prepared.
• Be available to students 15 minutes prior to class for questions and advising.
• Submit final grades no later than Monday 5 pm EST following term end.
• Attend graduation ceremonies when possible.
• Tutor students as necessary and complete annual professional development plans.
• Abide by all state, federal, and university safety, health, and conduct laws.

• 4+ years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline is required.
• Ph.D. in Marketing or related is preferred.
