Requirements  Position specific questions

· Reason for the need? New start

· Is there a specific start date needed? 05/15/2025

· Duration of need? Unknown

· What’s the schedule? On-site call coverage weekends nights – Single MD 24 hrs/7 days a week
o Are there specific dates needed?
o If call is involved what is call volume? How often do they get called back on-site?
o Call/Rotation schedule?

· Will they take an APP or SFA when applicable? No

· Who should be the timesheet approver each week? Scheduler Ruby Martinez

· What are expectations for orientation? ie shadow day? EMR training? Orientation at Sarasota Doctors to include EMR Shadow Day at the FSED

Candidate Parameters

FM is not accepted in the Sarasota system.
Credentialing questions:

· Will emergency privileges be an option? Unknown possible

· Are case logs needed? If so what are the requirements?

Hospital/unit questions

· Number of beds?

· Census?

· How many daily admissions?

· Are there any consults and if so how many per day?

· What’s the patient population?

· Trauma center? Types of cases? Acuity?

· What does the support staff look like?

· How will follow up cases be handled? when applicable- inpatient or outpatient

· What are the shift times? Day 7a-7p Night 7p-7a

· Is call involved? No
