Position Responsibilities:
We seek a skilled and compassionate Urologist with a broad clinical background and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing direct patient care for a diverse and complex Veteran population.
Performing comprehensive urologic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing genitourinary disorders.
Conducting open, endoscopic, and minimally invasive (including robotic) surgical procedures.
Performing neuromodulation and placement/revision of urologic prosthetics.
Participating in on-call coverage on a rotating basis.
Mentoring and training urology residents (PGY2-PGY5) in our academic teaching program. Optional opportunities exist to engage in research and didactic instruction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology
1-3 years of recent surgical experience, including robotic procedures
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $365,000 - $400,000 per year
Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP):
Eligible position (student loan repayment assistance)Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually (including 26 vacation days, 13 sick days, 11 federal holidays, and possible CME leave)
