Overview

Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join our team at Advent Health Tampa in Tampa, Florida as the Anesthesia Medical Director. Minimum experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time leadership opportunity to join the well-established group of 21 physicians and 52 APPs. This anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and performs all cases except for burns, trauma and transplants.

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires

• ACT: 21 physicians, 52 anesthetists
