We are partnering with a nationally recognized architecture and design firm known for its bold, design-forward approach to interiors. With a strong foundation in high-end corporate and workplace environments, the Tampa studio is growing and seeking Interior Designers with 3-5 years as well as 5-7 years of experience in corporate interior design to support and help elevate the team’s continued expansion.
This firm delivers elevated, intentional, and impactful spaces, holding high design standards while leveraging advanced technology and AI-driven workflows to create intelligent, forward-thinking environments.
About the RoleInterior Designers will be integral members of project teams, contributing to all phases of the design process — from concept through construction. Designers with 5-7 years of experience may take on increased responsibility in guiding project components and mentoring junior staff, while continuing to remain hands‑on in design and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in project concepting, space planning, and design development
- Produce detailed construction documents and technical drawings
- Coordinate with engineers and design consultants
- Track project schedules and align work with design milestones
- Attend client meetings and site visits as needed
- Communicate design strategies clearly through strong graphic and verbal presentation skills
- Contribute to a collaborative, design-focused studio culture
- Engage in an integrated design process inclusive of interiors, signage/graphics, and landscape
- 3–5 years or 5–7 years of corporate/commercial interior design experience (required)
- Strong technical proficiency balanced with strong design sensibility
- Experience with construction documentation and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in BIM and Revit; strong knowledge of Sketch Up, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design required
