An established multidisciplinary design and engineering practice is seeking a Principal Landscape Architect to help lead and grow its landscape architecture presence in the Tampa region. This is a senior-level leadership role suited for an experienced professional who combines strong technical expertise with business development, client leadership, and team mentorship.

• Provide strategic leadership for landscape architecture projects from concept through delivery
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining and expanding long-term relationships
• Lead and oversee the design of projects across a range of sectors, scales, and complexities
• Contribute to business development efforts, including pursuits, proposals, and market growth initiatives
• Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and planning teams in an integrated environment
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level staff, supporting professional growth and design quality
• Ensure projects meet applicable codes, standards, schedules, and budgets

• Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain licensure in Florida)
• Significant experience delivering landscape architecture projects in the Southeast or similar markets
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a consulting or design firm environment
• Strong understanding of project delivery, client management, and multidisciplinary coordination
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing a regional practice
