- $19.00 - $20.00 / Hour Based on Experience!

The Credit Administrator sets up new customer accounts, closes customer accounts, and updates customer information in the CRM tool.
How you will make an impact:- Ensure prompt, accurate assessment and response to customer issues.
- Open and close customer accounts.
- Review Customer credit application for completeness.
- Update customer data in the CRM tool.
- Send invoices and statements.
- Scan and file correspondence.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- 1 year of prior related work experience.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with creditors, managers, and coworkers.
- Excellent analytical skills, solid critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and MS Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
