Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by professionally receiving and processing all service requests.
- Collaborate with SAMs to develop proposals and follow up with customers to increase closing ratios.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections of receivables.
- Maintain regular communication with Service Technicians, SAMs, and customers.
- Assist in preparing activity reports, proposals, bids, service agreements, and other sales materials.
- Meet scheduled deadlines and perform additional duties as assigned.
