• Provide exceptional customer service by professionally receiving and processing all service requests.

• Maintain regular communication with Service Technicians, SAMs, and customers.
• Assist in preparing activity reports, proposals, bids, service agreements, and other sales materials.
• Meet scheduled deadlines and perform additional duties as assigned.
