Client Support Consultant, Traveling with Michaila
We’re hiring a Client Support Consultant to assist clients by providing guidance, coordinating details, and delivering a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and comfortable working independently.
What You’ll Do- Communicate with clients to understand needs and preferences
- Provide support, recommendations, and timely follow-ups
- Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and updates
- Deliver professional, friendly client support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service or client-facing experience (preferred, not required)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable
- Citizenship in Mexico, US, UK, and Australia
