**** What You’ll Do
*** Coordinate and dispatch service technicians, keeping schedules, communication, and customer expectations on track
* Monitor service progress, productivity, and repair orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong performance
* Partner with customers and technicians on approvals, quotes, billing, and service opportunities
* Support service operations end-to-end—from maintenance agreements and invoicing to fleet tracking and vendor coordination

Your leadership, organization, and care will keep our Service Department running smoothly making sure customers feel informed, technicians feel supported, and work gets done the right way.
