** How You’ll Make a Difference
**** What You’ll Do
*** Coordinate and dispatch service technicians, keeping schedules, communication, and customer expectations on track
* Monitor service progress, productivity, and repair orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong performance
* Partner with customers and technicians on approvals, quotes, billing, and service opportunities
* Support service operations end-to-end—from maintenance agreements and invoicing to fleet tracking and vendor coordination
