Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Production Assistant to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our podcast production. You will be responsible for conducting behind-the-scenes videos and photos, setting up arrangements, assisting with equipment, and supporting the host with scheduling and organizational tasks. This role requires someone who is passionate about storytelling, enthusiastic about podcasting, and eager to contribute to a team-focused environment.

• Capture engaging behind-the-scenes photos and videos during podcast recordings and events.
• Edit and curate visual content for social media platforms and promotional materials.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of recording environments, ensuring all necessary equipment and props are in place.
• Maintain a clean and organized recording space.

• Support the technical team with audio and visual equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.

• Assist the host with scheduling guests, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the production calendar.
• Organize and prepare materials needed for each recording session.

• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for content and production improvements.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience or interest in media production, photography, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of audio/visual equipment and software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate recording sessions and events.
