Director of Social & Brand Partnerships

We’re looking for a Director of Social & Brand Partnerships to join our team in‑house, full‑time at our Tampa studio.

This is an ownership role, not a contractor position, not remote‑first, and not an analytics‑only job.

TV is a global streaming network dedicated to the premium cigar industry and cigar lifestyle. We are currently live on Roku, Distro

TV, and 12+ additional streaming platforms, reaching audiences in 37 countries. We produce original programming, cover major industry events worldwide, and operate as a full‑scale media company.

Celebrity Cigars is a cigar customization and brand activation platform. We work with corporations, real estate organizations, sports properties, lifestyle brands, and event partners to create fully customized cigars and packaging used for client gifting, brand experiences, corporate events, and high‑end activations. The platform sits at the intersection of premium products, relationship‑building, and experiential marketing.

We’re looking for someone who runs social media, not someone who reports on it.

• Own and manage all social media across platforms
• Decide what gets posted, when, and where
• Direct editors on what to cut, clip, and repurpose
• Understand editing, pacing, hooks, and short‑form storytelling
• Stay on top of trends, formats, and culture daily
• Actively engage through comments, DMs, and outreach
• Lead brand outreach and partnership conversations
• Help secure sponsor ships, collaborations, and event opportunities

You don’t need to be the editor, but you must understand editing and how content performs.

This is not an analytics‑only role, not a PowerPoint job, and not a passive posting position. This is a hands‑on leadership role working directly with founders and the production and creative teams.
