We’re hiring a Video Producer to own end-to-end video production while helping us scale content through modern, performance-driven storytelling and emerging AI tools. This is a hands‑on, senior‑level role for a producer who can both execute and elevate, someone equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit bay, and experimenting with new creative technology.

As our Video Producer, you’ll own the full video production lifecycle while selectively leveraging AI tools to increase speed, scale, and creative experimentation.

• Lead full-cycle video production: concepting, scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, directing, shooting, editing, and final delivery
• Produce a wide range of content including:
  • Brand campaigns & commercials
  • Social‑first and short‑form video (Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Recruiting and employer‑brand content
  • Training and internal communications
  • Testimonials, podcasts, and executive messaging
• Confidently direct on‑camera talent and executives to capture authentic, compelling performances
• Elevate storytelling quality across organic, paid, and owned channels

• Own post‑production workflows including editing, motion graphics, animation, audio mixing, and color correction
• Optimize content for platform‑specific performance across You Tube, Tik Tok, Meta, Linked In, and paid media
• Maintain a clean, organized content library to support reuse and scalability

• Incorporate AI‑powered video and voice tools (e.g., Creatify, Hey Gen, Eleven Labs, Runway) where appropriate
• Blend AI‑generated assets with traditionally produced footage while maintaining brand quality and consistency
• Experiment with new formats, personalization, and creative testing to improve output and performance

• Working knowledge of AI video and voice tools (e.g., Creatify, Hey Gen, Eleven Labs, Runway)
• 5+ years of professional video production experience (in‑house or agency)
• Proven ability to own projects from concept through final delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator a plus)
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and directing for professional shoots
• Deep understanding of platform‑specific video optimization (Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts, You Tube, Meta, Linked In)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Clear communicator who can pitch ideas, take feedback, and collaborate across teams
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Tampa, FL
