Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will play an important role in contributing to the visual identity of our brand, reporting to the Director of Creative Services. This role involves strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for both print and digital work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design compelling visual assets for various platforms including print, digital, social media, and web.
  • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outputs.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus (Adobe After Effects, Premiere).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
