We are located in Tampa, FL and provide services throughout the southeastern United States. We are licensed in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. In addition, we have a 24/7 Disaster Response Team for all catastrophe or emergency needs and are a State Certified Licensed General Contractor.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/Estimating
- Demolition at Abatement & Demolition Services located in Tampa, FL. The Sales/Estimating
- Demolition will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business relationships, and maintaining existing customers. The successful candidate will also provide estimates for demolition and remediation jobs, assess project feasibility, and oversee project planning and scheduling.
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Estimating and Project Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
- Knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Experience in the demolition and remediation industry is preferred, but not required.
