This is a full-time, on-site/remote role for an Estimating Assistant based in Tampa, FL. The Estimating Assistant will support the estimating team by contributing to construction project estimates, preparing and reviewing submittals, assisting with asset evaluations, and maintaining consistent communication with clients and team members. The role requires collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure project scope, budget, and timelines are met, as well as providing excellent customer service to maintain client relationships.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Asset Evaluation, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial and resource assessments
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to facilitate effective interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Experience preparing project Submittals and related documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industry software and tools related to construction estimation is preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
