We are seeking one to two experienced Concrete finishing Workerto lead field crews on flatwork and structural concrete projects. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, self-sufficient, and capable of managing crews, schedules, and quality standards on-site. Preference will be given to foremen who can bring established crews.

• Supervise and lead concrete crews on job sites.
• Oversee flatwork and curb construction, including layout, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
• Inlets
• Walls
• Headwalls
• Box culverts
• Other site and drainage structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities, materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards.
• Maintain job site safety in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Perform layout and grading verification as needed.
• Troubleshoot field issues and make real-time decisions to maintain progress.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman (flatwork and structural required).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a crew efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Knowledge of forming systems, finishing techniques, and structural concrete practices.
• Experience with drainage structures and DOT-related work preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to bring an established crew (preferred).

$1,700 – $2,000 per week (based on experience and skill level)

• $2,000/week for highly skilled, self-sufficient foreman
