Requirements
- Language: must speak Spanish and English.
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation.
- OSHA 2 a 6 certification (or similar).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage crews, schedules, and safety compliance.
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and following safety standards.
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
