This is a contract position; payment is per estimate from take off to proposal sent, based on the size of the project.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine scope, materials, and labor for a full proposal.
- Develop bid proposals, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
- Update estimates as project conditions or scopes change.
- Proven experience in estimating commercial construction projects.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Construction estimating: 2 years (required).
