Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. This role oversees projects from pre‑construction through closeout, with a strong focus on schedule, budget, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience delivering garden style, wrap, and podium multifamily developments.

• Manage multifamily projects from pre‑construction through completion
• Lead delivery of garden style, wrap, and podium multifamily developments
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Coordinate with owners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Lead owner meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal team reviews
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, scope reviews, and change management
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, local codes, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Review and process pay applications, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Partner closely with Superintendents to monitor field progress, safety, and quality
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
• Manage project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and final inspections

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects
• Proven experience with garden style, wrap, and podium product types
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, cost controls, and means and methods
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
