Key Responsibilities- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates for projects
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs to review with Sr. Estimator and/or Estimating Manager
- Prepare attractive, accurate, and competitive bid packages trup
- Review contract documents and recommend scope changes prior to execution
- Detail unusual or challenging conditions within construction documents
- Prepare and answer questions for Production personnel
- Interest in learning and understanding the Construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficient in MS Excel (no coding required); estimating software a plus
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical behavior
- Self‑motivated, self‑starter, effective time manager
- Highly organized, efficient, detail oriented
