Marine Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Location: South East Florida

Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 (based on experience)

We are actively seeking an experienced Marine Construction Project Manager/Estimtor to lead and execute complex waterfront and underwater infrastructure projects. This is a key role with a well-established and respected marine contractor, offering long-term opportunity and competitive compensation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in marine construction
• Background managing docks, bridges, seawalls, or underwater projects
• Strong ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and field crews
• Skilled in overseeing subcontractors and ensuring jobsite safety compliance
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Estimating experience; proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job is a required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of marine construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Assist with estimating and pre-construction tasks during project downtime

Project types include: marinas, docks, seawalls, and other new and rehabilitative marine construction.
