Commercial Roofing Field Coordinator

North American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for a Commercial Roofing Field Coordinator located in the Southeast region of the US. Purpose of the Job:
Oversee the work of approved Field Partners on a variety of projects

Job Duties:

Visit new job sites and complete inspections to ensure correct job details are being followed. Ensure Field Partners adhere to Company's safety and quality procedures, making any corrections needed prior to leaving the site. Conducts job site safety inspections to ensure safety procedures are being followed at all times. If appropriate, after confirming with Safety Administrator/Director and/or Sr. Field Coordinator or Project Manager, shut jobs down until safety or production quality meet company standards Communicate issues with Field Partner and work with Quality Assurance Manager as needed.

Inspect work performed and ensure manufacturers' installation specifications have been followed. On occasions, when feasible or instructed, complete small repairs so projects can be closed out. Complete final inspections for jobs so Sr. Field Coordinator can post in CRM within set timelines. Communicate with onsite customer contact on every project to get feedback on how the project is going. Meet with client as needed to problem solve issues that arise during production Submit all reports to Sr.

Field Coordinator within 24 hours of inspection. Skills &

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry Knowledge of a variety of single ply systems Other commercial roofing systems a plus Basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus A solid driving record is required Must be able to travel extensively as needed Must be comfortable working with heights Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position Including but not limited to: climbing a ladder, lifting up to 80 lbs.,

working in the elements (heat, sun, cold, and rain), etc. Company Benefits:
