Project Manager, Operations Manager

Overview

Steger Site Preparation, Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in civil site construction and enjoy leading projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

• Manage civil site construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, engineers, and internal teams
• Track schedules using Microsoft Project
• Review plans and drawings using Bluebeam Revu
• Manage budgets, costs, and job reporting using Sage Construction
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance on every project
• Support estimating and pre-construction efforts when/as needed

• Proven experience in civil site construction project management, site development, underground utilities, earthwork and grading projects
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam Revu, and Sage Construction software systems
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specs
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
