• Review construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates for drywall, framing, demolition, finishing, and ACT systems.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed, competitive bid proposals.
• Conduct site visits as needed to support accurate estimating and scope verification.
• Analyze project requirements, labor, materials, and production rates to ensure accurate pricing.
• Utilize estimating software, takeoff tools, and Microsoft Office to prepare and track bids.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, bid submissions, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify scope, assumptions, and pricing strategies.
• Support continuous improvement by refining estimating processes and accuracy.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating.
• Strong understanding of drywall, framing, finishing systems, and ACT assemblies.
• Proficiency in estimating software, takeoff tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and self‑motivated.
• Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
