Overview
High Rise Concrete Superintendent Urgently Hiring
My client is a top concrete construction firm in the nation, who is looking for a seasoned General Superintendent to add to their staff in Tampa, FL.
Qualifications- Minimum of 7 years experience in cast-in-place concrete construction with relevant responsibilities.
- Expertise in all phases of concrete construction including rebar and post-tension systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels.
- Ability to work with and coordinate with subcontractors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based management tools.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations; 30 Hour OSHA card preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel for extended project assignments.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
