Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Our client, a leading healthcare-focused construction company with a strong reputation across Florida, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is based in the Tampa / Fort Myers region and offers the opportunity to build a long-term career in the healthcare construction sector. While direct healthcare experience is preferred, the client is also open to strong candidates from commercial or high-end residential construction who are eager to learn the industry.

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Drive successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

• 8+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Background in commercial, healthcare, or high-end residential construction.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in project management platforms (Procore, CMiC, or similar).
• Interest in transitioning into or growing within healthcare construction.
