About the Role
Looking to take the next step in your career and bid on some of the most innovative builds across the nation? We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a leading national contractor at their headquarters in Florida. This role works closely with the Chief Electrical Estimator to deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive estimates for mission‑critical data centers.
What You’ll Do- Manage the electrical estimating process from start to finish, including timelines and bid packages.
- Research and produce accurate, competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with construction teams to transfer awarded projects seamlessly.
- Communicate with clients to define scope, negotiate pricing, and build strong relationships.
- Prepare and present estimating packages to senior leadership.
- Track bids and forecast future awards.
- 3–10 years of electrical estimating experience, specifically with data center projects.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive under strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accubid preferred).
