This role is part of a $120M+ commercial construction company based in Florida with projects nationwide. The company specializes in hotel renovations and concrete restoration and values its people and clients.

Base salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year (total compensation includes competitive project bonus and benefits).

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial concrete restoration projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate pricing.
• Track historical data and incorporate lessons learned for future projects.

• 4+ years of experience in construction management with focus on exterior water proofing, painting, or concrete restoration.
• Knowledge of exterior restoration—including concrete repair, waterproofing, windows, doors, and balcony systems.
• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
