Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Pay
:
Starting at $19 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

OverviewWhat you will do and how you will support youth in our program at Tampa Bay Girls Youth Care Workers provide interactive supervision, support, and direction for the youth. They document the day with the youth, engage in the structure, and provide support to youth who are having behavioral issues.
Responsibilities- Provide daily support for youth in the program.
- Offer interactive supervision, support, and direction for youth.
- Document daily activities for the youth and maintain structure.
- Provide support to youth who are experiencing behavioral issues.
Our Youth Care Worker works a 12-hour workday (4 days on, 3 days off) with alternating weekends off.
To be considered you should- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
