✨✨✨ Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Youth Care Worker at Tampa Bay Girl's Academy in Tampa, Florida.

Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Starting at $19 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

As a Youth Care Worker, you will provide daily support for the youth in our program at Tampa Bay Girls. You will provide interactive supervision, support, and direction for the youth. You will document the day of the youth, engage in the structure, and provide support to youth who are having behavioral issues.

Our Youth Care Worker works a 12-hour workday (4 days on 3 days off) with alternating weekends off.

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
