We are seeking a dependable, nurturing, and trustworthy Kids Club Manager to lead our childcare team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking, and a genuine passion for children’s safety and well‑being (ages 1–12). The manager reports directly to the Operations Manager and collaborates with staff and parents to ensure a safe, fun, and active environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee the Kids Club facility and maintain a safe environment for all children.
- Supervise activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of Kids Club staff.
- Manage reservations, child agreements, and communication with parents.
- Coordinate daily and weekly tasks with the Assistant Kids Club Manager.
- Implement emergency procedures and first‑aid protocols.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and licensing compliance.
- Design age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club and gym.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management.
- Foster positive relationships with club members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support front desk and gym operations when no children are present.
- 1–2 years supervisory or managerial experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
- Knowledge of child development, safety guidelines, and childcare regulations.
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and skilled in record‑keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
- Capacity to work in a gym setting, including moving through club floors and rooms.
- Ability to bend and lift more than 40 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to access and operate the company computer system for document preparation and data entry.
