Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure iscomprisedof multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-riskfemalesyouth aged 12-21. These programs provide servicesutilizingevidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Pay:
Starting at $19 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

What you will do:As aYouth Care Worker,you willprovidedaily supportforthe youth in our program at Tampa Bay Girls.
Youth Care Workers provide interactive supervision,support,and direction for the youth.
Youth Care Worker's document the day of the youth, engage in the structure, and provide support to youth who are having behavioral issues.
Schedule:
Our Youth Care Workerworksa
12-hourworkday (4 days on 3daysoff) withalternatingweekends off.
To be considered you should:Possessa High School Diploma or GED~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
