Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Membership Director located in Tampa, FL. The Assistant Membership Director will be responsible for supporting membership development, managing day-to-day member interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks also include financial tracking related to membership activities, collaborating with the team to achieve membership goals, and participating in community marketing and promotional events.
Qualifications- Skills in Membership Development and Sales. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in a fitness or health club environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual, Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 12pm-9pm Saturday and Sunday 8am-7pm
Compensation$50-$75k Annually – Hourly, OT, Commission and Bonuses
