The Director of Product Management provides strategic direction and leadership to ensure that client and organizational expectations are met, with customer satisfaction at the center of all product decisions. This role drives product strategy, innovation, and execution, guiding a team to deliver high-quality, market-relevant solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience designing SaaS software for health plans and leading cross‑functional initiatives that bring new products successfully from concept to market.

• Serve as an individual contributor initially, with responsibility for building and mentoring a product management team.
• Define success metrics, processes, and best practices to guide roadmap development and execution.

• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, using data and research to inform roadmap priorities.
• Identify opportunities and advocate for customer needs within your product area.
• Own the long‑term product vision and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Define key outcomes, prioritize initiatives, and align with broader company strategy.

• Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and client success teams to deliver high‑impact, customer‑focused solutions.
• Balance competing priorities and make trade‑offs that maximize business and customer value.
• Implement scalable product management processes that support agile execution.
• Communicate product plans clearly across teams.
• Foster alignment between cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive product delivery.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities for product differentiation and growth.

• 7+ years in SaaS product management,
  including 3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports (performance reviews, etc).
• Experience delivering technology solutions for payer or provider organizations and government programs (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Strong strategic and analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of agile software development.
• Skilled in process improvement, organization, and team leadership.
• Ability to travel 1-2x per quarter to client sites or corporate office
