Position Overview
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in construction administrative tasks to make sure all RFIs and Submittals are returned on time.

- Communication:
Ensure effective communication among team members. This includes disseminating project-related information. - Administrative:
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining project documentation, updating databases for tracking RFIs & Submittals due dates. Notifying design team of upcoming due dates. - Miscellaneous duties, as assigned.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and based in Tampa, FL

Should understand project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to support the Project Manager effectively. - Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for conveying project updates and issues to team members and stakeholders. - Organizational

Must be organized to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. - Problem-Solving
Skills:
The ability to identify issues and develop solutions is essential for keeping projects on track. - Basic experience with project deliverable methods including design-build, design-bid-construct, fast-track and other construction delivery methods.
- Highly proficient technical/computer skills including Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Work, Excel), internet and web applications.
- Meet deadlines, work independently or as part of a team, accountable, maintain focus on setting objectives and goals.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in deliverables and communications, maintains high-quality standards, and good follow-up skills.
- Ethical, honest, and accountable; maintains confidentiality, handles sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Thoroughly deals with project details, delivers clear, accurate depiction of status.
- Must have the ability to perform the necessary job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Travel up to 10-35% for client or project-related meetings.
- Work normal business hours and extended hours, evenings, and weekends when necessary to meet business deadlines.
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods.
- Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and computer screens.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
- Ability to see differences between colors, shades, and brightness.
- Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
- May occasionally be exposed to the following work conditions: work near/with moving mechanical parts; work near/with electrical currents; work in high places or underground; be exposed to fumes/airborne particles or caustic chemicals; withstand outdoor weather conditions; withstand moderate to very loud noises.
