• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales-focused call center supervisory role
• Proven knack for leading and motivating a fantastic sales team
• Great communication and people skills – you can connect with anyone!
• Strong analytical abilities to help us understand our data better
• Positive attitude that thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment
