Your Impact
As an Administrator in Talent Attraction Operations, you will perform a range of administrative tasks to support service operations processes. Your specific responsibilities include scheduling interviews, ensuring appropriate internal interview preparation, collecting and documenting feedback, scheduling decision meetings, gathering availability from candidates and assessors, managing a high volume of candidate intelligence, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our candidate tracking system.
Your work will help streamline our talent attraction processes and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and assessors alike.

- 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in recruiting or human resources.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with recruiting tools and programs is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently.
- Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information.
- Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with urgent deadlines.
- Great attention to detail and a solid customer service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to build strong relationships.
