Product Data Coordinator/Analyst – CARE of southeastern Michigan

Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Tampa, Florida

• Manage purchase order confirmations, open orders, and back‑order reports.
• Ensure all product and purchasing data is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Expedite purchase orders daily to support on‑time delivery.
• Proactively resolve issues with purchasing, accounts payable, warehouse, and suppliers.
• Communicate directly with suppliers regarding urgent issues, lead times, and performance.
• Act as a liaison between purchasing, warehouse, pricing, and vendor customer service regarding delivery and supplier performance.
• Maintain and validate product data including SKUs, specifications, pricing, and item attributes across internal systems.
• Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle changes through accurate data entry and coordination.
• Perform data audits, reporting, and process improvements to ensure data quality, completeness, and accessibility.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or data coordination.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Valid driver’s license.
