General Purpose Of The PositionThe business developer will create and build client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects. They will assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients/sponsors including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
Job Details- Title: Business Developer
- Location: Tampa, FL
- Duration: Full Time
- Salary: Depends on Qualifications (DOQ)
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's vision and strategy
- Support management and decision-making to maximize profitability and shareholder returns
- Impact company profitability through strategic decisions and new business development
- Communicate negotiation and proposal outcomes to internal teams
- Collaborate with Finance to evaluate project performance and suggest improvements
- Track and report proposal statuses
- Establish and maintain client relationships and participate in site visits
- Support team in identifying 'Out of Scope' items
- Participate in team management activities
- Perform other related duties
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Pursue self-development
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, or related field
- 3-5 years of business experience
- Strong influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel
