TheOpportunity
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead strategic change initiatives that drive business transformation and enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will leverage 10+ years of consulting experience to design and implement change management strategies that align with business objectives, foster stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors.
Key Responsibilities- Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise‑wide initiatives. Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy‑in. Design and deliver clear, targeted communication plans to support change adoption.
- Training & Performance Measurement: Create and oversee training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for transition. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on adoption and engagement levels.

Coaching:
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and project teams on change management best practices. Mentor junior consultants and change practitioners within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on organizational change management.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder change initiatives in large organizations.
- Familiarity with OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, AMI, etc.) and IT systems (ERP, MES, cybersecurity).
- Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
- 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
- All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements, including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.
Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
