Travel CoordinationBook travel and hotel accommodations for full‑time and part‑time staff attending on‑site events.
Project SupportAssist Project Managers with overflow tasks, which may include:
- Posting articles on websites
- Creating event‑related certificates
- Troubleshooting issues related to these tasks
Prepare and submit finance paperwork for travel and related purchases to Accounting for approval.
Cross‑Team CommunicationServe as a liaison between internal teams and external partners (hotels, part‑time tech staff, accountants, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
