• Evaluate and analyze existing claims processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather and analyze data to provide insights into claims processes and performance
• Support the development and implementation of actionable strategies for process and technology enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project requirements
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and project progress

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process optimization, business analysis, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Knowledge of innovation methodologies and principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Leadership experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance claims
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn in a fast‑paced environment
• Curiosity and critical thinking skills with a commitment to lifelong learning
