AboutThe Role
Old Republic Title is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Information Services team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for tracking and managing the overall testing effort of a project. You’ll play a key part in leading the team in its processes and the execution of test plans.
This is a hybrid role, so we are seeking candidates in Minnetonka (MN) or Tampa (FL).
In This Role, You Will Be Required To- Complete procedures and ensure that all products and services meet standards and requirements.
- Thoroughly test software.
- Document and resolve problems.
- Report progress to leaders.
- Devise improvements to procedures and develop models for future configurations.
- Perform workflow analysis and recommend improvements.
- Gain exposure or experience in automated test development procedures and tools.
- Automation and backend testing skills.

- Competent to work in most phases of quality assurance; takes the business implications of the results of testing into consideration.

- Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, employees, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors. Lead by positive example.
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
Position's Pay Range$57,000 – $77,000
