Maus Automotive Group is seeking experienced, driven Service Advisors to join our growing service teams across all four dealership locations. Top-performing Service Advisors here have the opportunity to earn $100K+ annually in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.

You will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team by:

• Guiding customers through the service process from check-in to delivery
• Actively listening to customer concerns and accurately identifying service needs
• Clearly communicating repair recommendations and timelines
• Preparing estimates and selling recommended maintenance and repair services
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of work
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time

We are seeking candidates who:

• Have prior service writing experience in a dealership or automotive service environment
• Are customer-focused, professional, and results-driven
• Can multitask in a high-volume service department
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Are dependable, organized, and motivated by performance-based earnings

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
