Automotive Mechanic/Technician position at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers.
$33k to $67K per year (guaranteed hourly rate, plus $25–$35 flat rate units, plus additional compensation and incentives; pay determined by experience).
Responsible for the efficient diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of guest vehicles. This role provides a comprehensive technician training program and an essential position within a team that delivers 5‑Star guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and all qualified automotive repairs and maintenance.
- Secure guest approval to perform work following diagnosis and maintain a clean, neat work area.
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections on every vehicle serviced and carry out required repairs and maintenance.
- Test drive guest vehicles and use the shop truck safely for inventory pickup as needed.
- Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.
