Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair is a FL based automotive repair franchise with multiple locations. We specialize in automotive AC repairs while performing all repairs on all makes and models. All locations are independently owned and operated.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service center
• Ensure that all customer needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Manage and train a team of service technicians and support staff
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols
• Perform quality control inspections of repairs and maintenance services
• Maintain accurate records and reports on service center operations
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and repairs
• Proven track record in sales and people management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive technology, tools, and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay:
Base + Commissions tied to enhanced customer engagement, trackable by car count, average repair order, and customer satisfaction.

Initial

Schedule:

6 days a week, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm;
Saturday 7:30 am - 2:30 pm.
